NLH Property Services Ltd is owned and managed by Pete (Director) who has over 35 years of experience in the building trade. So you know you are in good hands. He has a wealth of knowledge which assists him in identifying causes of issues and best methods of rectifying them, and gives him the ability to source the right materials at a fair price.

We do employ competent skilled sub contractors in order to keep our overheads down, passing this saving onto the customer. But rest assured, they are all vetted before allowing them to carry out work for us.

Our main source of work is in the maintenance sector, but we have the skillset and resources to carry out much larger jobs.

We have done many HMO conversions, extensions and loft conversions, and can deal with design, planning, building control and CDM regs for your construction project right up to hand over.

We have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and always try to find the best solution with the customers budget in mind. This makes us better than most of our competitors!

We take health and safety seriously and have methods in place to reduce any likelihood of accidents or injuries on site. Our safety record backs this up.

We are based in Portsmouth, and the majority of our work is here or Southsea, but we cover all surrounding areas.
